Returns & Exchanges:
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email to enquire about a return/exchange.
Your item must in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A request for return/exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
We will offer part of, or a full refund, on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email to enquire about a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account, bank account or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your Paypal or bank account again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at DaisiesField@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
