We will offer part of, or a full refund, on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email DaisiesField@gmail.com to enquire about a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account, bank account or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your Paypal or bank account again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at DaisiesField@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
